I bought the oxtail from White Oak Pastures and it was incredibly flavorful. As soon as it was cooked, I could immediately taste the rich beef flavor. It didn’t require much preparation and there were no strange or gamey smells, just a clean and natural beef taste. Although oxtail looks quite fatty, it actually tastes rich without being greasy. It was very satisfying and really reminded me of the simple joy of eating good meat. I truly appreciate the quality that White Oak Pastures provides, and I will definitely purchase again.
