I already knew the product, I bought many of those collar for my other dog in the past. They last, easy to clean, solid and many different cool patterns. Before I was buying directly from the company but this time I bought from Bigpaw because of the attactive price. The only disapointement was the shipping. I bought on nov 28th, it has been shipped on dec 5th but I received it only on dec 23th. The other one I bought was for christmas so it was almost late. For me it's way too long espacially when you pay for the shipping! It was only 5$ but almost 20 days is too long anyway. I will probably buy again keeping in mind that the shipping is long.
