Pricy, but the best saw you can get!

I had an Apple arrow saw for probably 25 years or more, and it worked awesome. However, the scale was not accurate for measuring your arrows to cut length, it was incredibly noisy, and did not have an integrated squaring tool. Enter the LCA Revolution... If you are like me, you would rather control the variables you can, so you can reduce the guesswork. Archery is about consistency, and the LCA Revolution helps to provide that in arrow building. When cutting a dozen or more shafts, I use the water reservoir with a Dewalt compact wet vac to keep carbon dust to a minimum. This keeps your workspace clean and keeps you from inhaling carbon dust. I square both ends of the arrow, squaring the uncut end first (note, I did not specify nock end, because sometimes I have to cut the nock end to get the straightest arrow). Using the integrated arrow spinner helps to identify the least-straight end of the arrow to cut. Once cut, square the cut end. I suggest you use the squaring tool on BOTH ends of your arrow, as a square nock-to-arrow interface is more critical to arrow flight than on the tip.
