2nd time ordering, dogs love them, -pkg. Did come slightly opened, had been re- taped 3 times, and bag inside wide open, not sure if someone wanted samples along the way here- but thinking box needs to be secured better. But for sure ordering again, and hope just a mishap.

Smell

Used to order a lot more. Started having a very strong odor that stinks up my whole shop. Customers have returned them due to the smell and dogs not eating anymore.

Skyrocketing Prices and Plummeting Quality

I have been purchasing from this company for years and used to love their quality and prices. Unfortunately, their prices continue to skyrocket while their quality plummets. The beef lung used to be natural hunks of lung in various sizes. Our dogs and cats loved these treats. Now the beef lung is hard thin slices with a distinctly unnatural feel, smell and texture. The cat will no longer eat this treat. The dogs will eat but they are no longer a high value treat for them. We are sick and tired of pet owners getting price gouged by vets, suppliers and manufacturers. We will no longer order the beef lung.
