Works well

Have been able to use this scope for one range trip. Works well. The reticle is sharp and clear, and the turrets function nicely, have only used them to zero at 100 yards, have not tried dialing for different ranges yet. The illumination works nicely as well. My only complaint is that the illumination knob is quite stiff, by design I suppose, so it doesn't turn on/off accidently.

Very impressed with my online and e-mail conversations with Matt from Red Carpet Telescopes. The Athlon Helos I purchased seems like a pretty decent optic. I have only had it out once so far but I am very pleased with how well it is working out. More trigger time will hopefully confirm my short positive use to date.
