Perfection

It’s expensive but you’re getting exactly what you’re paying for. The quality, functionality, and aesthetics are all excellent. I love it, love the face cover, and now loving the back section. I wasn’t sure about adding it but as of today seriously thankful that I did. Imo, if you can afford it buy all of it.

Kind of disappointed

It’s disappointing to spend this much on a radio cage only to have it arrive missing hardware. The cage was packaged very nicely, but one of the handle bags was missing both of its mounting screws. I contacted Peovi and Scott responded promptly, apologized, and shipped the missing hardware without giving me any hassle. I definitely appreciate the customer service. My only disappointment with the resolution is that the replacement parts were sent using the same slow shipping method as the original order. Since the problem resulted from a packing error, I would have expected the two missing screws to be sent by an expedited service. Overall, the cage itself appears very nice and Peovi took responsibility for the mistake. Better quality control during packing—and faster shipping when correcting an error—would have made the experience considerably better.

Amazing customer service!

The fit and finish of the radio cage is top notch. The Peovi team is a pleasure to work with. I will be following them to see what other cool ham radio accessories they create.
