Different In A Very Good Way

This file is definitely different in a good way. I can get to my nails in a way that I never could before, because of the shape. I wish that I had ordered an extra one to keep in my purse. So Satisfied, MLN

The pedicure bar is fine, in fact it amazes me. But the moon file that I received (the curved nail file) is defective and dangerous as the groove is askew and sharp. I did receive my order in a timely manner. However, I have not heard anything back from the email I sent to customer service regarding the defective file, it's been days. I hope I don't get stuck with a defective nail file
