Perfect flare. Not baggy anywhere, but also stretchy and comfortable. Im 5'10", 140. Customer Service recommended size 30. I was a little nervous bc in US I wear 31. Size 30 did fit perfect! I just ordered two more pair in size 30. The slim fit and flare is the perfect shape. Noticeable its flare, but not over doing it with huge bell bottoms. No hem needed for me either, the length sits perfect on my boot.
