Good but expensive with carriage

I always cook it for less time than advised to prevent dryness but that means the skin is not crispy but I enjoy the skin anyway. Royal Gourmet appear British (hence price) but the source of the duck remains questionable.

Tastes just the same as the restaurant. Very very good.
