Great Lesson on Emotions!

Great explanation of the various emotions we have. I love how the book references Christ’s emotions and that emotions aren’t necessarily bad. Our emotions our valid and have been given to us by our Creator.

Great book for my 5 year old!

My son really enjoyed reading this book and has retained a lot of the information! It has encouraged him with his transition into preschool and dealing with changes in family dynamics.

Teacher's perspective

I absolutely love this book. I teach in a private school. We talk a lot about our emotions and to react to them in the right way. I even bought a second copy because I thought i lost the first one.
