I’m off coffee and in this. It pretty much does what it claims. I think the acidity of coffee bothers my sinuses and gives me heartburn. Plus with coffee it is difficult to meter how much you drink, I’ll sip on it all morning. This is a one serving of mountain mocha and done. It’s not great cold but tolerable
