A beautiful pack, really helped me to kick start my good intentions to try and get to a healthier weight. Great as a reminder of my goals and a powerful meditation tool to help with positive thinking.

Just ok but not great

The crystals are lovely quality and the little guide book is nice but it doesn't have pictures in which is a little tricky if you don't know much about crystals. I have had them in my pocket since they arrived and don't feel like they are doing much for me sadly.

A lovely set of crystals, complete with care guidance card
