An excellent resource for all
I am in the TTC journey after a miscarriage 6 years ago. I’ve always been interested in nutrition. This cookbook really brings ingredients and the teachings of RFFP to life. The recipes are manageable to make and great to have even when not expecting. I even shared the banana muffin recipe with a friend! I’m very excited to use this time before conceiving to get in the routine of being more conscious of what I’m eating to prepare my body for baby. I highly recommend this resource to all in child-bearing years and beyond!

Truly Amazing!
100% worth the purchase! I'm not even pregnant or looking for fertility guidance, but I still implement Lily's teachings and would recommend them to anyone! I've purchased "Real Food for Fertility" and "Real Food for Pregnancy" simply to learn more about how to properly nourish my body, and I just bought this cookbook to further my repertoire of nutrient dense recipes. And they're delicious?! You can't beat it!
