Customer service issue....

I have no issues with the fabric. Well packed and presented. However, I was surprised that after spending north of $400 on fabric, there was no free shipping offered. Also the yardage was priced on the higher side. I work in a quilt shop and am very aware of the costs involved and our shop has had to raise the threshold for free shipping but we still offer it. Something to consider.
