Sirloin Steak
Grilled three of these sirloins for out of state company. They were delicious and SO tender! Small ones were out of stock at the time, so we ordered the 12-14 oz and cut them in half, perfect portion size, served with sweet corn and other sides.

I am truly amazed at the quality of all the cuts I have ordered. We enjoy these small sirloins, they are so tender and make a delicious quick dinner with potatoes and a veggie. Thank you for your personal touch in each package too!
