Iv done one review here so far ref nutrition geeks , well from an old stick in mud who doesn’t believe all this supplement stuff too well it does what it says. , I would highly recommend But bare in mind it will take 3-4 weeks to see changes or feel changes , most notable when freinds comment how well and fit I look now

I bought the Biotin tablets hoping to improve my hair, which through taken medication has become thinner. I just also bought the Collagen Glow Up and I'm trusting that they will both help given time. Easy to take small tablets and the Collagen comes in an easily disolvable powder which I have with my first coffee of the morning. Watch this space!
