I felt I was likely in-between different sizing options and spoke with a rep, who helped me choose the best configuration. It worked out beautifully and the service was excellent. I do have to warn anyone in Canada that you will be slammed with an unavoidable $200 customs fee payable upon delivery at your front door. But this is not the fault of Cap and Gown and I don't regret my purchase at all. The manufacture and textile seem to be of good quality. The button to the hood popped off literally as I was trying it on, but fortunately I am nimble with a thread and needle.
