Ascend S2 Magnetic Spin Bike

The product was delivered with a faulty part, causing an obnoxious grinding noise. I needed this bike for rehab, but customer service has been slow to respond—taking several days between emails, which so far haven’t been productive. They offered to either send the instructions and parts for me to repair it myself or have me return the entire bike for repair. I requested that the instructions and parts be sent so I could continue my rehab, but I haven’t received any further communication. I’m hoping this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. It seems like it would be a decent bike if it functioned properly.
