I’m a retired elementary school teacher and have taken up small daily walks (two to three miles) in the evenings to lose weight and maintain health. The first week I had several blisters from using 100% cotton socks. I have switched to the darn tough #1040 style and they are great. I had to order a size larger, as they seem to run small for me. I highly recommend these socks to anyone looking for a better walking experience.

I would recommend that anyone who is considering buying a pair of DT’s simply buy one pair and see for yourself. These socks are superb and so is the customer service.

Fit, comfort and quality are all excellent. I have tried other wool socks but always find myself coming back to Darn Tough, they are imho Simply the Best
