Very good customer service by far the best communication from any company I’ve dealt with. Very prompt responses got an automated response saying it would take “up to 2 business days” for a response but only took about 15 minutes to have my issue resolved (I ordered stage 2 but wanted it switched to stage 1)the formula is also very good we used to use kendamil goat because we can get it locally but LO is a lot less gassy and has more frequent bowel movements, highly recommend holle goat and ordering from organics best!
