DIRTY DARK TEAL - Half Tile Beads

I never received these in my order and I have emailed SEVERAL times with no response. In fact anytime I email them I don’t get a response for weeks. My last order I waited a month to receive it with no word from them why it was delayed. When I did receive it 75% of the numbers on the bags were different from my order. There was no explanation and the website still has the numbers that matched my order. I don’t know if this is a fluke or not but the communication is very poor.
