Fed Ex provides poor service to rural customer

Delivery is not to the house but left at the gate some 300 ft from the house. I will have to order smaller orders in the future as carrying 300 pads to My house is too much.

We’ve been ordering these potty pads for more than 5 years. We have 4 dogs: a Mini Aussie and 3 Chihuahuas. These work very well when the dogs can’t go outside. We use them every day. The quality has been pretty consistent; there have been a COUPLE of times when the potty pads would stick together. Their customer service is amazing too! Overall great product!

Merchandise arrive undamaged, but the packaging was busted open.

The pads arrived without any damage, but one shipping box was busted open on the side. There was packing tape holding the side of one box closed and the bands around the boxes were barely attached. Thanks for some of the shipping tape. FedEx appear to be extremely rough on the shipment to expend the amount of damages. But the important thing is that none of the merchandise were missing.
