Clean and Reproof Service

Very happy with the results of my clean and reproof service. Coat feels and acts like a new jacket. My only criticism is the emails I received to sign the disclaimer were from a person and not the company. I had deleted this email as I didn't know the person which ended up delaying my reproof. If the email had Grainers mentioned in who it was from I would have opened it right away. But very happy with the results.

The service was excellent as before. Communication was good. The cagoule was cleaned and reproofed and returned promptly. Great value and gives me more years of wearing my favourite cagoule. It's a pleasure to deal with real people!

Many thanks for an excellent service. - there and back within a week and full report given on condition before cleaning took place. Wife happy as used to take ages doing it at home and with less of a result. Will definitely be using service again.
