Food is great, shipping is not

Our dogs have taken to the food and seem full and happy on the recommended amounts. However, the shipping is incredibly subpar. Orders don’t ship for days, and it takes a week or more for it to arrive in a major metro area in the center of the country. Shipping must be much more prompt or we’ll have to discontinue the order. This time, I ordered an emergency bag from Amazon because the auto ship is taking a week to arrive after it is ordered.

Great, I had no problems. Absolutely none.

My dogs love this dog food. I am hoping I wasn’t led astray because it’s supposed to be cooked slowly so it doesn’t get the good benefits taken out of it.
