Gecko IN.YE.5 V3 Spa Control Pack with IN.K200 Top Side Control - 5.5kw Heater

Not as simple as an install as they say.

The guy I spoke with at the store was great. Installing the product was not as simple as they say. First. To install the top panel you have to dig out all the foam to access it from the back side. Then in my case I had to dremel out the area where the panel sits as mine was not deep enough for the new one. Next. The light. Again to access the light you have to dig out all the foam to get to it. Not that big of a deal but it makes a mess and takes some time. Now the pump. For me, my pump is 240v so I did have to change a white wire on the board as the gecko packs come 120v for the accessories. Also gecko uses red wire as for high speed for the pump so I also had to make that change. The size of the pack and heater was the same size so that was the only part of the Install that simply just hooked back up. The pack seems to be working just great and I feel that this was my best option as my hot tub is a 2007 so parts were getting harder to find. I would recommend this pack as it might be your best option if you have an older tub but just keep in mind the it doesn’t simply just all fit properly and you may have to do some problem solving.
