Non Standard Format

I received the disc promptly and well packaged. Then the problems started when I tried to load it on to my iMac. It would not read or load any of the tracks. Eventually I was able to convert the files to Apple Lossless and I am in the process of combining these back into a playable album. Although the music is brilliant the trouble I have had to go to has made me wary of using this supplier again.
