Baby Blue Personalized Newborn Coming Home Set

Very disappointed with my order. What I received looked nothing like the luxury quality shown online. The packaging was extremely cheap — everything was wrapped in paper with no presentation at all. Even SHEIN packages items better than this. I paid $150 for only 5 pieces and expected much higher quality and attention to detail. The biggest issue is that the “Z” letter for my baby’s name looks exactly like an “L,” which completely changes his name. When I contacted them, they refused to fix or replace it. If their font makes a Z look like an L, they should absolutely provide a preview example on the website before customers order. What I received is not what was advertised. Totally misleading and very disappointing experience.
