I received an anniversary offer: $25 off next order. It did not specify the $25 had to be used for a different order than my subscription. Result: i got two orders two days apart, now I’m looking for refrigerator space for a double order. I believe this promotion was misleading.

This a cold pressed product. Should not be over 38 degrees. It arrived a day late. Proof by FEDEX tracking. The box was beat up. The ice packs were completely thawed out and the product was wayyy above temperature. I filed a claim and still haven’t heard back from them.
