good customer service
This is a quality product. What I like about this company is their customer service. I have an auto-shipment set up and they always notify me prior to billing and shipping so that I have the opportunity to revise my shipment date or product selection. Not all companies give prior warning to their auto ship billing, so, the fact that they do gives me confidence in continuing to purchase their products. Additionally, when I order additional products, I receive them promptly.
