Shifting the Playing Field
I frequently receive notice to use my points, so I recently ordered a replacement topper that I had lost. It was $5 under the minimum purchase required to use points. So I guess I now have more useless points! I have purchased about 20 different toppers. However my customer loyalty doesn't qualify for my rewards. Ridiculous!
