This is my second Liforme mat and will not be my last. I love everything about it. Great grip, guidelines, color and style! Highly recommend, and I’ve tried all the others!

Lifeforme has really changed my flow…for the BEST! I’ve tried many mats in the past and halfway through my hot yoga or Pilates class I have to toss it to the side because I’m sliding all over the place. Lifeforme keeps me grounded and helps me flow with ease. I thought the price was so expensive, but I took the plunge and I’ll never use anything else. Also, the terracotta color is so beautiful.
