Better grip for better praxis!

Since I started doing yoga regularly last year I was looking for a mat with good grip since my hands get sweaty during yoga sessions. I decided on a liforme mat and am really happy with the decision! Very good grip and nice design. I use it during studio classes, at home as well as outside sometimes. Cleaning is actually really easy, you just have to make sure to let it air dry after every use! Looking forward to have many more yoga sessions with my mat.

Sweat Monster

I am thoroughly impressed with the grip on this mat. I enjoy hot yoga primarily in my practice. For whatever reason I am dude that sweats buckets at the 15 minute mark. Even with literal puddles on my mat the grip tech works perfectly. Sorry for the ladies next to me probably a little grossed out. At least they know I won’t slip off my mat.
