I need to stick to a high-calorie, high-protein diet with no ultraprocessed foods. A glass of warm Old Farm raw milk with some melted raw butter is not only what the doctor ordered but it tastes amazing! Not cheap, for sure, but I'd rather buy a bit less of this milk than waste my money on pasturised milk, even the whole unhomogenised kind.
