This is a great product, works so well, my wifes arm was on fire after the surgery for rotator cuff. Went through only 5 bags of ice in 2 weeks.

Works great after Ankle Fusion Surgery

4 Stars because this is my second unit. The first one died after two years of partial use. My wife had an ankle fusion surgery and periodically needs to use the ice machine. Recently when we went to use it the pad would not cool. After speaking with tech support and going through trouble shooting it was determined the machine was broke. I would have expected this to last especially for periodic use. I will re post if this unit dies and it wont be 4 stars...

Need smaller shoulder pad

The unit works fine I think. But the shoulder pad is too small for me to feel the cold. Why not make a youth or small adult size?
