The acoustics are great. Stethoscope is pretty lightweight. First day of use the bell fell off and onto the floor in my patients room. It was easily reattached and I haven't had that happen since. After a few weeks of use, the white tubing has discolored. I assume this is due to contact with my black scrubs.

I am in Nursing School and I purchased the procardial for clinical. This stethoscope is amazing. It’s lightweight, sounds are loud and easy to hear. It’s awesome that you can turn the bell for on/off. I’ve compared it to a classmates (other brand) and the MDF projects sound so much better!! The only downside is it doesn’t come with a case. You’d think after paying so much for a good quality stethoscope that it would come with one to protect it.
