Blackberry purée for our Apple cider
This was a wonderful addition to our hard apple cider at Creek Bottom Brewery/Winery. Definitely been a fan favorite!!

Perfect amount
Used in a 5 gallon batch of sour beer, and it was just the right amount to give it a blackberry flavor without overpowering the beer.
