Milk Chocolate Extract Water Soluble

We use this in a beer with artisan orange flavor and it tastes pretty much exactly like a tootsie roll pop. More candy/candy bar chocolate than fudge/cake chocolate. Perfect if that's what you need though!

While this had a good milk chocolate flavor, I found it to be fairly weak. I had to use a lot of the extract in order for the flavor to come through, which was disappointing considering the price of the product.

Great flavor

We used this along with coconut cream extract to flavor Choconut Porter.
