Jamaican Rum Extract Water Soluble

The flavor was so nice and so *real*. Other rum flavorings I've tried have had such an artificial taste. This was rum without the alcohol burn. I used this with Italian buttercream with no issues. Didn't make my batter thin out or seperate or anything! If I need to buy again, I wount hesitate!
