I wanted to make a funfetti cake and a bubblegum buttercream frosting, for something different flavor wise, and I came across the Amoretti website and from reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. It gives a great bubblegum flavor and no aftertaste. It'sclear in color too, so your product that you're making won't be discolored. I will be ordering from Amoretti again.
