VOVO has amazing customer service! I was tracking my package and noticed that it somehow ended up in Illinois instead of Texas. I contacted VOVO, and they responded very quickly. To make up for the shipping issue, they overnighted a replacement bidet to me. I was really impressed with how fast they responded and how quickly they took care of the problem. Things can go wrong with shipping, but it’s how a company handles those problems that matters. VOVO went above and beyond to make it right. Great customer service and a great experience overall!
