As a calorie counter, I was looking for this. It deepens the flavor of my morning egg-whites omelet; but I'm not sure I would quite call the resulting taste 'cheddar.' Also, adding cooked spinach seems to deaden the cheese taste, which is disappointing. You have to use kind of a lot, too. Still, a quality product; I think I'll try other products on offer too.
