Heavy on the cinnamon

I decided to try a few syrups for our coffee bar. The pumpkin spice is not bad, but has a bit more of strong cinnamon than I was expecting. I prefer my pumpkin spice to be a bit more mild, if you will. I am going to give it a couple of more tries to see if I can find the right balance for my coffee.
