Habanero Pepper Craft Puree®

Nice heat and good habanero flavor.

Other compounds and extracts like this pack the heat but often lack the wonderful flavor of the habanero - this puree does not disappoint. I used this and the watermelon puree in a lime/watermelon/habanero kettle sour and both products worked very well. I did bench testing but ended up using a 750ml bottle of each in a 7.5 gallon batch. I'll be coming back for more. Prost!

Habenaro Guava Hefe

I used 1 part of each in our German hefeweizen, and it turned out amazing! Fruit in the front, balanced spice going down but no pepper flavors. Thank you!

Hot and sweet

Well , both purées were used to create a special beer. I used all the mango and a bit of the Habenero. Both were delicious and the habenero was extra hot. It will be perfect for the final beer product. I am very satisfied with your product!
