Natural Cheesecake "Plain" Compound

Not my favorite

I am obsessed with Amoretti, and 99% of the flavorings I buy are spot-on. I was soooo excited to use this in my buttercream, but it had such an odd flavor to me. There was no cheesecake tang or obvious cheesecake taste. It had a very artificial, unconvincing flavor, in my opinion. Disappointed, given the price.

I used this in summer to flavor buttercream for wedding cakes. my customer like it a lot.
