Lovebox Color & Photo

i havent been able to set it up. it was super frustrating as we tried from a multitude on phones, a laptop and also the website provided and nothing worked. i am actually really disappointed

It's a cool product and the box itself has a high production quality. It still feels a bit expensive for what it does and the app feels a bit clunky at times. For example the "you received a waterfall of hearts"-Banner blocks all interaction with the app except for that tiny x-Button at the top right, which wouldn't be as bad, if it wouldn't stay there for an entire minute or so after the actual hearts-waterfall-animation has ended. Also I'd really wish for a search bar for the backgrounds/templates where each one is sufficiently tagged with keywords so i can search for things like a specific color, theme or contents like "flower" or "drawing" or "ship". Similarly, I'd like to expand the list of tags so I can see more of them at once and don't have to scroll through them horizontally, because there's too many for that to be ergonomic. But in general it works reliably and has definitely helped spreading long-distance love.

I love the idea of making a box to show affection and love from a distance, but the setup is confusing and it takes a long time to connect, or at least that has been my experience so far. I haven't managed to connect it yet, but I'm confident that I will be able to do so.
