All of amoretti products are amazing but my favorite item is ginger extract. It’s pure ginger flavor and it enhances any baked good, ganache, or even macaron flavors!

It's a good product. I don't feel that it's a "stand alone" item, but it does add a depth to the flavor of a soda that I'm producing with fresh ginger root.
