Sourdough Keto Bread

I bought this extract in the hopes that I might try making a Keto sourdough tasting bread. It was hard trying to determine how much extract to use for a single loaf of bread, I started with an 1/8 of a teaspoon and it came out alright. Will try using 1/4 teaspoon next time.
