Natural Honey Extract Water Soluble

Tastes, smells, and looks just like honey! Amazingly accurate. Highly recommended. I use it in my keyo vegan honey recipe. I find it works best there than in using it in a particular recipe. I can use 5g to make a whole cup of "honey." It's a gamechanger to have vegan honey that tastes even better than honey with no blood glucose effects. I can make my own better-tasting and more natural than store-bought keto honeys.

While this does have an accurate honey taste, I found it to be quite mild. I had to use a lot of the extract in order to obtain the desired flavor, which was disappointing considering the price of the product.

Used as a flavoring adjunct for seasonal craft beer. Real honey loses a lot of flavor and aroma when added on hot side of brewing process. Amoretti extract added on the cold side fills that void.
