Gardenia Extract Water Soluble

I was hesitant about this one as I’ve had other water-soluble extracts that weren’t as potent as their oil-soluble counterparts. Any doubts I had vanished the moment I tasted the final product (in my case, daifuku). WOW. I have used pure gardenia essential oil before and this extract measures up very nicely.
