Natural Blood Orange Extract Water Soluble

This is powerful stuff!

I was having trouble believing the usage guide that all I needed in my beer recipe was 0.10 oz to 5 gallons (added to the corny when kegging from the fermenter). I miss poured 0.15 oz, decided not to try to pour 0.05 oz back in the bottle and just went ahead with the 0.15oz - holy mackeral did the flavor come through. At first taste, just one day after force carbonating with 30psi, it was almost too powerful, but a couple of days later, when I drew off the keg again, it was perfect, it was awesome. I'm already getting ready to brew up a 10 gallon batch. This is a great Blood Orange IPA, thanks in large part to Amoretti's Blood Orange extract.
